Return and Refund Policy

GapGuard accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To request a return, contact GapGuard through the store contact form within 30 days and include your order number and the reason for the request.

Items must be unused and in resalable condition. Do not send a return until GapGuard provides return instructions; depending on the order, the return address may be in the United States or another fulfillment location. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact GapGuard promptly with photos of the item and packaging. GapGuard will work to provide a replacement or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and reviewed, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when the error was ours.

This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable US consumer-protection laws.
