Shipping Policy

GapGuard currently ships to addresses in the United States. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before payment.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Products may ship from a US warehouse or from an international fulfillment partner, depending on inventory and destination. Most US deliveries arrive in approximately 7–20 business days after processing. Internationally fulfilled orders can occasionally take 10–30 business days because of carrier handoffs, customs processing, weather, or other events outside GapGuard's control.

Tracking information is provided when available, typically within 3–7 business days after shipment. An order may arrive in separate packages if products are fulfilled from different locations. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier or customs delays may extend the timeframe.

If your order appears delayed or arrives damaged, contact GapGuard through the store contact form with your order number so we can help. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that apply are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
